Officials said the remailing program is the largest of its kind in the U.S. The Valentine Re-Mailing Program is hosted by the Loveland Chamber of Commerce and run with the Loveland Post Office.br /br /To receive the 2010 official valentine cachet and Loveland cancellation, put your pre-addressed envelopes affixed with the proper postage in a larger 1st Class envelope.
